Tumhalad
   Valley in West Beleriand between the rivers Ginglith and Narog, where the host of Nargothrond was defeated.
   -----
   A field to the north of Nargothrond.
   A field on the western banks of the Narog, bounded by Narog's tributary, the Ginglith. It is famous as the site of the last desperate defence of Nargothrond against the onslaught of Glaurung, a hopeless battle in which the Elf-lord Orodreth was slain.
